Q. Your module crashed my site !

A. You have probably configured the module to use non-standard extension like .htm or .html without making the required changes to your IIS server.

Please restore the original web.config file to disable the module. A copy was stored in module install folder with the name web.config.resources.
This will enable you to access your portal again and change the configuration.

If you have access to IIS configuration make the changes as described here and re-enable the module or configure the module to use standard .aspx extension and re-enable module.

Q. I am changing settings but they take no effect.

A. Please remember to click on the Save link at the bottom. This will trigger the rebuild of rules and rule's cache to reflect new settings.
