Upgrade from version 3.3 or 4.1

To upgrade from versions 3.3.x or 4.0x and 4.1.x please disable and uninstall all plugins.

Next upgrade the provider to version 4.2.x.

Download the plugins in version 4.2.x from here

Install plugins that are needed.
