Map what direction the synchronization will interact.

1.Remote Source    -->   DNN
2.Remote Source    <--   DNN
3.Remote Source <-- --> DNN

Dynamic Filed Mapping

Able to map all required DNN Fields to any Remote Database Field
Able to map to any custom “User Profile” fields.
This is a very powerful feature as it gives the DNN Administrators the ability to add any custom fields that they need to keep track of. This gives the Administrator the ability to map Key Record ID Fields and any other custom fields that can be picked from.

Password Reset Command

Allows the Remote Source to tell DNN to force a new password on next login.
With this feature you can offer the Administrator of the Remote Source System to pass in whether that user must change there password on the next login. This is very useful when helping a user and setting a default password and making sure they change it the next time they login.

Role Mapping

Allows the Administrator to

Mapped Role Field (Dynamic)

The Remote Source system can pass in what “Text” role the user belongs to

Master Sync Role (Hard Coded)

The default DNN role that the synchronized users are assigned to.

Locked Sync Role

This allows the USM to filter out any Users in Role(s) that the Remote Source DB should not have passed

Dynamic Transaction Field Mapping

In USM the transaction action field is completely up to the Administrator.

This allows the Administrator to use whatever field to map to tell USM what action this record should do.

Custom Action Naming

This allows the user to map whatever field name to the USM Actions.

Module Level Scheduling

The Administrator does not have to schedule the tasks to run at the Host level. The Administrator account can schedule these tasks to run at the Module Level.
