Q. I can't see anything in Grid View

A. You have probably forgotten to select fields for display

Q. I can't see anything in Directory View

A. You didn't select template to display

Q. I can see data in grid and directory view only when logged in as administrator. My users can see only user names and nothing else.

A. This happens because most profile properties in DotNetNuke are by default set to be visible by admin only. You can bypass this by setting the option Follow Profile viewing permissions to No in Grid View and Directory View
