All boxes are cleared with a fresh install. The following is how the Security Editor should look if users with Administrative permissions are allowed to view and edit this module:
NOTE: Administrators are allowed to give themselves permission.
ATTENTION!
We recommend that you use Database based permission schema.
Role based schema creates new role for each module task (i.e. as many roles as there are check boxes visible on the picture above).
