Import Method
All In One
The All-In-One method imports all users in one transaction and is faster, but if there is a problem in one of the files, the whole transaction will cancel and no records are imported.
Record-by-Record
The Record-by-record option imports every record in separate transaction and writes results to log file.
This takes more time but may be priceless help in case of faulty records in the import file.
