Can this module be used to interface remote data sources with REST API's?

We've been trying to integrate DNN with RPXNow &/or Gigya for months. Finally I remembered you guys have a custom authentication module...then I saw this User Sync Manager. I only just glanced at the user manual...looks very promising. If you guys can make this work with with either of these social id aggregators, it would be of huge benefit to the DNN community.

RPXNow: https://rpxnow.com/docs#overview
Gigya: http://wiki.gigya.com/030_API_reference

We currently have a working model for authentication & new registrations using the RPX Authentication Provider (Cirrious.com) & Dynamic Registration (DataSprings). But it's just a first step. We need something that will run in the background and provide sync.functionality for use across other third party modules (ie. Active Social).

PLEASE Take a look and let us know what you think...

Thank you!

The USM module does user account and profile sync between DNN and external database/application.
Do you mean adding sync for other data as well ?
I think it would be easier and faster to discuss this by direct email via support@

Could we all get together by email and discuss details ?
We have working User Sync module so it'd be only a matter of adding more data to the process but I need to know more details.
I can set up a project management web site for this project.
Please email me at support@

Great to hear from you guys. For some reason, I am not receiving any email notifications to this thread. I'll start an email to both of you in a minute.

On a related note, I spoke, Bogdan over at www.avatar-soft.ro says he can integrate Gigya with MyTokens with relative ease...as MyTokens can already parse responses with json, xml. Would this be helpful to either of you in completing this integration with UserSync Manager?
