I have UMS 2.2.6 installed on DNN 5.6.3. When I open up a search template the users do not auto populate the form below. I have to select a new template from the list. Then the list populates. However, If I try to go to a different list after seeing users populated for a given template then the new template just selected does not function......

Any ideas?

Current version is 22.2.10 and if the grid doesn't populate automatically click the Search button.
Check the template that you are having trouble with for correct setting (data fields, rules visible, etc).

I'm not sure how rules visible etc would prevent the grid from completing. I've since found that the templates that are used are automatically sorted in the pull down menu based on their name. If I have a template that is a space holder (i.e.. blank) be the highest one on the list then that is the one the module opens to. But no data actually fills in for that template. If I then scroll down to another template then the data for those fields do autofill. Also, the progress bar at the bottom continues to scroll even after things are seemingly done. I'm working around what appear to be anomalies in the module. Any ideas on how to make things smoother?

I can't reproduce this problem and it was not reported by anybody else.
Grid loads correctly for me but the template must contain some fields in order to show data at all.
I don't know what you mean by "blank" template but if it's blank the grid will be blank, too.

I actually have 2 portals and your module works properly on one of them. So I believe it has something to do with DNN installation on the other one. Something like worker process not running automatically or frequently enough or something. Any ideas on what to look for would be appreciate but I realize this is not an issue with your module. Thanks

The only thing that comes to me is something wrong with the template.
Worker process works if you load the page.
