DNN 5.6.2, Catalook 6.34, SEO URL Provider 3.3.49

After installing SEO URL Provider and Catalook Plugin, per instructions, and it appeared to install cleanly. Iit worked for awhile but has since failed. I am no longer getting friendly urls. When I tried to access the module options it hung the browser, and eventually the entire site. Here are the steps I've taken thus far prior to this entry:

1. uninstalled PageBlaster (no difference)

2. Restored the site from the most recent backup prior to PageBlaster and SEO URL Provider, then re-installed SEO URL Provider and Catalook Plugin without PageBlaster. (no difference)

3. Removed analytics scripts from all pages (no difference)

4. Removed Catalook plugin (no difference)

The events log shows the following event:

Please email support@ with proof of purchase and I'll send you the latest version that will be released in few days.
The error is from database connection and a timeout might occur only if you have thousands of pages and products (a rules cache rebuild process takes some time).

* Please note that there is no need to restore the whole site in order to disable the module. All that's needed is the original web.config file and that's saved in module install folder/config/
