I have installed the CATAlook Plugin and cannot get it to fully work.

The plugin has been configured with Page based and Category based URLs and ADvanced Categories.

If I open a webpage with Catalook products and do a Cntl F5 then I can move about looking at the products with the correct URLs. You can move from webpage to webpage if CATALook is on that page.

You can also move from a webpage with CATALook to a webpage without the CATALook module OK.

You can move from webpage to webpage OK if no CATALook modules are on those pages.

However, if you go from a webpage without a CATALook module to a webpage with a CATALook module then the file name is set to /pagename/category/.aspx

The file name is being dropped.

The install is DNN 5.2.3 and CATALook 6.0.7.

I thought all was well with the new version but there is still an issue.

It is setting the URL correctly when you first load a product, eg /page/category/productname.aspx. However, if you edit the product it increments a number on to the end of the URL such as /page/category/productname-1.aspx. Each time you edit the product it increments the number eg 1,2,3,4 etc.

The old URL is then no longer valid. This is a major issue with the search engines as the original URL is invalid and fails to a 404 error.

The product editing being done is to update the stock levels for attributes on a clothes store. For example, set zero stock level for a piece of clothing using the stock controls at the attribute level so it is nothing major for the product and something that will regularly occur.

As this site is live I would appreciate if this can be resolved quickly.
