I've got a couple of categories in my Catalook store that have more than 10 pages of products and the URLs are not correctly generated for the paging control when you get to page 9 and beyond.

What's incorrect ?
If you mean that page numbers do not correspond to page numbers in urls this is known and the plugin doesn't even try to match it as this is generated dynamically and plugin rules are stored in memory cache.

No, I mean if you click on the link for page 10 on page 1, or on any higher page number when you start getting to page 7 or higher you get a "No products are available" message from Catalook because the UrlRewrite for the link it is using doesn't have the catpageindex parameter in it.
