OK, so I bought the 10 license version of the SEO tools on SnowCovered.

I received one 10-digit license code.

I installed SiteMap.aspx on a customers site.

I reinstalled the SiteMap extension (after the SEO provider caused one portal's menu to fail and I was trying to debug)
'DNNMasters SEO Site Map' now says it's unregistered, and entering that license code, username and password gives an 'invalid license code' error.

Why is this all so incredibly complicated????

Even the SEOURLProvider claims its license has expired, and entering the license number comes up with the response "Licence Key and Domain are required for Installation service"!

My customers site now has no SiteMap available, so all the SE spiders are rejecting it.

Not happy!

An earlier question about this gave me the answer:
"Please use the same license number for all 10 domains.
Once you activate a license you will receive email with url to access license management." (Snowcovered Ticket#: 105571)
Is this the problem? Is it because I haven't received access to some license management area?

If you have just one license key it's either for Sitemap or for SEO URL & Performance provider.

So one of them is not activated.
Please email support@ with proof of purchase and host level site access and we'll sort it out.

After registering domain your account is being set in "Verify" mode and needs to be verified. An email with verify link is sent.
You can either click on the link in email or go to account properties and set it to Verified.

But if you are getting "license invalid" error you are probably using the license for wrong module.
