i was trying to "hard delete" user from a portal that is in shared area. After deleting the user i found out, that the user still exists in other portals. So to permanantly delete user i need to delete it in every portal? Otherwise a new registration with this email wont go through since the user still exists in Users table. Or is there any other way?

What dnn and module version are you running ?
Was core dnn user manager used for deletion ?

Yes core dnn user manager was used for deletion.
