Hi Support,

This is very very urgent...What problem I facing is I am using DNNMasters CB Lite 1.3.49 in DNN 4.6.2 , But When I am clicking on the title link it is showing the details, it lands on the same page the full view module I have added on another page.

and also Whan I select the options display descriptiona and latest view then it is showing java scription error... Since last few days it is behaving abnormally.. Please look into this and usggest me how to over come this.. This is very urgent as the site is live please guide me...

The version 1.x is very old. I'd suggest upgrading to 2.x.
However if it worked till now and nothing changed on portal itself it should still work.
Please test the ListView module on a page with dnn default skin.
And again - site access would help.

Thanks for your rely.. If I will upgrade to 2.x then what will be the effect on the already installed versiona d the data, and will that work with dnn 4.6.2

All data should be unchanged. The upgrade should be tested first on a backup copy and the production site should be also backed up before the upgrade.

The details of the articles also not displaying on detail page where I have added the full view module.. It should display the details of the articles when user click on the read more or the title of the artile...


Please guide me how to display the details on another page, same page it is displaying the details but not on another page..
