I have a client that needs to have new versions of content queued up for publication on a certain date so that the old content expires and the new content displays at the that date/time. Date alone would be OK, I just need the content to 'flip'. I need the content displayed as a page on the site, not a list of articles.

Can Content Builder support this with the set publish date and set archive date? Engage Publish will not allow two versions of an article to be 'approved' at a time, so this is simply not supported.

If not, does anyone know of a module that will support this?

This is not supported at this time - not with SingleView of an article which is what you need.
We might include it in version 3.0.
