The User Sync Manager module is an intuitive way of being able to keep all of your users in your current external application database (CRM, etc) and synchronize them with your DNN website. This is managed through a Remote Source Transaction Table or single table solution. 

 

DNNMasters can customize USM to handle different solution as the users require it. This can be done at modest rates and save the client large amounts of resource and money.

o      This is a very powerful feature as it gives the DNN Administrators the ability to add any custom fields that they need to keep track of. This gives the Administrator the ability to map Key Record ID Fields and any other custom fields that can be picked from.

 

o      With this feature you can offer the Administrator of the Remote Source System to pass in whether that user must change there password on the next login. This is very useful when helping a user and setting a default password and making sure they change it the next time they login.

 

o      Mapped Role Field (Dynamic)

o      Master Sync Role (Hard Coded)

o      Locked Sync Role

o      This allows the Administrator to use whatever field to map to tell USM what action this record should do.

The Administrator does not have to schedule the tasks to run at the Host level. The Administrator account can schedule these tasks to run at the Module Level.
