Configure sharing of User-In-Role.
Only custom roles and roles that are unique across all portals are available for selection.
Default DotNetNuke roles and roles that are duplicated on another portal are excluded from optional selection.
To share User-in-Role select checkbox and click "Update" at the bottom.
