Add Portals to Shared Area

To start sharing users and roles you add portals listed in bottom panel to Shared Area

Portals can be assigned to shared area by clicking the pencil icon

After entering portal sharing edit interface you will be presented with portal info in the top pane and sharing options in the lower pane

Select desired Shared Area from the drop down box
Select one or both "sharing direction" options
Share data from portal - if selected, the portal user accounts data will be shared with the Shared Area (Portal Group)
Share data from Shared Area - if selected, the user accounts data from Shared Area will be available in portal
Click "Add" to save your selections.
Adding portals to shared area has immediate effect.

To return to main MPUS-X interface click "Back"
Sharing will be reflected on portals list - Portal 0 is now shared in Portal Group 1 and Portal Group 2

Attention:

Initially, all users and roles but no Role assignments to users (User-in-Role) are shared.

This can be configured "per portal" after the portals are added to Shared Area.
