Confused new user

Just purchased MPUS Xtreme Enterprise, running on 4.5.5.

Where is the documentation for this?   I’m using MPUS 2.0 docs and trying to make do with that, but I’m still confused on some things.

How do I delete a shared area?  The 2.0 docs show a ‘delete’ link, but I don’t have that.

If I’m thinking correctly, I should be able to share roles right?   All I see are the standard roles when going into ‘Selected Roles Table’.  None of my created roles appear.

If I add a new user to a portal that is already in a share, that new user is not created in the second portal…shouldn’t it be?  The only way I can get the new user to be ‘shared’ is to delete the assigned shared and then create it again.

(Why is there online ONE line shown in the text area of the add/edit post??)

Could I get temporary host access to your site?
If so, please email support@

What do you mean with that "one line in text area of add/edit post" ?

Re: Confused new user

mpus extreme trial version I have the same "problem". After defining a shared area for two portals all users of both portals were synchronized. Sofar so good. Then I added a user in one portal but it did not show up in the other portal. Peter

Re: Confused new user

Some additional information, I added the user in a child portal and it did not show up in the parent portal(portal 0). Should I add something manually in the web.config file? adding a user in portal 0 results in the same issue, the user does not show up in the other (child portal)
